 Richard Bridger – Chief Operating Officer

Richard has almost a decade’s experience in brand reputation building and marketing and communications. He ran the 2016 crowdfunding round before joining full-time in 2017. He’s a proud Ironman triathlete.


Monique Surridge – International Expansion Lead

With over 15 years’ experience in the travel and tourism industry, Monique has a true passion for travel. Having worked in over 30 countries, she loves discovering new places and exploring different cultures.

Victoria Hardy – Business Development Director

Victoria moved to London from Sydney almost six years ago as an international expansion lead for Airbnb. When she has some free time to explore, she likes to kayak and jet off to Italy on the weekends.


Louis Mann – Home Acquisition

Louis’ experience covers property, finance and media. A self-confessed travel-aholic, Louis prefers to wander off the beaten track. Although he has lived in France and Canada, he hails from London and loves being a tour guide for the city.

Hannah Davies – Office Operations Manager

Hannah has more than 15 years HR experience working in the Financial Services sector.  In her spare time, Hannah likes to play tennis, watch tennis and take her children to tennis! She also loves to read.


Stelian Babu – Hospitality Manager

Stelian is a hospitality professional who worked for luxury hotels around the world. His passion is creating memorable and lasting experiences for his guests. In his free time he loves playing tennis or reading a good Thriller.

Elpida Lampi – Business Systems and Process Manager

The most enthusiastic and optimistic team member, Elpida has a MSc in Tourism and decided to explore new exciting opportunities in London.


Ganesh Kumar – E commerce Manager

Having recently moved to London from Malaysia, Ganesh was attracted to the short-term accommodation market by his love for travel. Aside from work, he is an avid football fan and enjoys watching Manchester United.

Gerard Beelaerts Van Blokland – Interim CFO

As a corporate finance professional with broad experience in M&A, Gerard has advised a multitude of start ups in their early stages. He’s also fluent in French and holds an MSc in engineering from Delft University.

Warren Clayton-Howe – Finance 

Originally from Zimbabwe, Warren lived in Australia before settling in London. He is a finance specialist, and brings financial acumen to the business. Out of the office, Warren likes to hit the ski slopes of Méribel.


Ben Jay – Technology

Ben is a South Londoner with 15 years’ experience of building and managing global eCommerce projects. When he’s not knee-deep in code, he’s swapping Tooting for the Val d’Isere slopes.

James Davies – Property Law

Our resident property expert has over 15 years’ experience as a solicitor. He has advised listed companies, as well as newlyweds on buying homes. He’s also sailed around the world in over 4 continents.


Annalie Howling – Business Development 

Annalie, founder of Incasa Consulting, has over 15 years’ experience in Business Development. She specialises in coaching and coaches ex service personnel to help in their transition to civilian life.

Ryan McVicker – Strategic Finance

As CIO of Mountain Lake Capital, Ryan helps companies reach their growth potential. He’s founded numerous companies, and is an adventurous American expat, seeking athletic challenges globally.

Anders Kjellerup – Property Management

Originally from Denmark, Anders is the global Facilities Maintenance Director at Artelia. He has held various local, regional and global level roles, and also enjoys golf, football and fishing.


Nick Yoong – Accounting 

Nick is a Chartered Accountant who brings a wealth of experience within financial services. A lover of pubs, Nick can usually be found somewhere with sun and a beach.

Shauna Sweeney – Organisational Development

Shauna is a Chartered Engineer and Business Transformation Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in complex stakeholder environments. When not in her office, you may find her climbing Kilimanjaro.
