A charming Grade II listed, two bedroom Duchy of Cornwall cottage overlooking one of Kennington's prettiest garden squares.
This delightful two bedroom home, built around 1913, combines the charm of a period building with a modern easy-living interior.

On the ground floor there is a generous sized living room with a dining area. Dual aspect windows flood the rooms with natural light. The independent kitchen is modern & fully fitted with access to the garden at the rear. A table and chairs are perfect for alfresco dining.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a spacious chic bathroom, comprising a bathtub, shower and a heated towel rail for added comfort.

Just a few minutes walk through the lovely Cleaver Square is Kennington Underground station on the Northern Line. It is just a few stops to West End landmarks such as Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road. Also within easy reach is Vauxhall Mainline, Bus and Underground station (Victoria line plus overground services to Waterloo / Clapham Junction and bus services). Many local buses offer excellent transport links to The City and Westminster.

The house is very close to Kennington Cross, with a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. There is also a wonderful farmers’ market every Saturday at St Marks Church opposite Oval underground station.

We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay.

The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week

When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Our standard check in time is 16:00 - 20:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.

Our standard check-in time is 16:00 – 20:00. We will arrange for someone to meet you in the home to welcome you, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance.

If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.

Our standard check-out time is 09:00-11:00 with an early or late check-out available on request.
