Immaculate Victorian Home next to Greenwich Park
Built in the 1840s, it has four floors giving it a feeling of space and light and a large garden perfect for children or al fresco Summer dining. It is situated on a picturesque, tree-lined road a short walk from the centre of the historic maritime area of Greenwich in South East London. It can easily accommodate 7 people.
On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen and dining room, complete with fireplace and large family dining table. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a central island and large butler sink. On this floor there is also a small cloakroom with toilet and the utility/laundry room with washing machine, sink, drying rack and a useful additional freezer.
One floor below is a comfortable living room with two large sofas, an extensive collection of the Homeowners’ books and a television. Guests can stream programmes through Chromecast using their Smart phone or computer via the App for a variety of services including Netflix, Amazon and the BBC. (Guests will need their own Smart device). Adjoining the living area is another smaller living room with direct access onto the garden.
The large master bedroom has a Super king-size bed, a cupboard with hanging space for the sole use of guests as well as drawer space.
Down a short flight of steps is a bathroom with double sink unit, an overhead walk-in shower and a large illuminated mirror.
The top floor has three further bedrooms. One has a king-size bed, one has a double and one has a single. Two of the rooms have hanging and drawer space and the third smaller room has a set of drawers.
These bedrooms are served by a family bathroom with a large bath, an overhead walk-in shower and sink unit.
The home is a short walk to Greenwich station with easy access to London Bridge Underground station on the Northern and Jubilee lines. From there it is just a few stops into the City and West End. Alternatively, Greenwich is on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) with a direct line into Canary Wharf.
This impressive home is the perfect base from which to explore this historic area which includes the National Maritime Museum and the Royal Observatory. Also close by is the O2 arena, which hosts music concerts and sporting events.

Check in/out times
Our standard check-in time is 16:00 – 20:00. We will arrange for someone to meet you in the home to welcome you, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance.
If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
Our standard check-out time is 09:00-11:00 with an early or late check-out available on request.
