It has one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious and contemporary open plan living area with wooden floors and a double sofa bed. There is plenty of hanging and storage space in the main bedroom. The living area has a galley-style kitchen with all modern appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining section perfect for four people as well as a small study area suitable for reading or working and browsing through the Homeowner’s books. The modern and light bathroom lies off the living space and features a rainfall shower with handheld attachment.
The apartment is a short walk or bus ride away from the famous Portobello Market, famous for Antiques and vintage fashion as well as world cuisine. Just two minutes from the apartment is Ladbroke Grove Underground station on the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. The fashionable areas of Notting Hill and Kensington are just a few stops away. Also within easy reach are landmarks such as Hyde Park, Knightsbridge and South Kensington, home of some of London’s most famous museums.
The apartment is on the third floor of a large building, above a shop, with its main entrance directly on Ladbroke Grove which features many individual boutique-style shops and an abundance of small cafes, restaurants and pubs.

We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay.
The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week.
If you would like the sofa bed made up, please let us know ahead of time. Please note extra charges will apply.
When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Check in/out times
Our standard check-in time is 16:00 – 20:00. We will arrange for someone to meet you in the home to welcome you, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance.
If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
Our standard check-out time is 09:00-11:00 with an early or late check-out available on request.
