Amy’s split-level 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is a stylish and comfortable family home occupying the first and second floor in a Victorian terraced building.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a Dyson Cool Air fan, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower. The second bedroom can be set up with either twin beds or with a super-king size bed. A cot-bed can be used upon request. The third bedroom has a large sofa double bed as well as a TV. Plenty of wardrobe storage in each room is available for guests to use. There are two further bathrooms, one with a bathtub & shower, and one with a shower cabin. The open plan kitchen/living area is very well equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, an espresso machine and a TV. The living room comes with a large sofa and a dining table easily seating 6 people. There is furthermore a washing machine and a tumble dryer available to use.
The apartment is just 1-minute walk from the beautiful green open spaces of Clapham Common, with playgrounds, exercise areas and plenty of opportunity for running and walking. Northcote Road with its huge choice of restaurants, cafes and shops is just a 10-minute walk away and a big Waitrose supermarket in Balham is also 10-minutes’ walk away. Worth mentioning are the Fishmongers Moxon’s by Clapham South Tube station, The Ginger Pig Butchers in nearby Abbeville Village and the restaurant, Trinity, in Clapham Old Town. The tube from Clapham South station and nearby buses provide easy and quick access to central and other parts of London.
