There is a well-appointed kitchen area with polished concrete worktops and seating for six people. A beautiful terrace is accessed through French doors from the living room with a BBQ & outdoor seating.
The 2 king-size bedrooms and luxuriously appointed bathrooms (1 ensuite) are located on the lower ground floor with huge bi-fold doors from the master bedroom leading onto a second patio. The minimalist design with light wooden floors throughout, hide many superb high-tech features including a Sonos sound system, projector screen TV, USB ports and movement sensitive lighting.
This luxury home offers a calm haven away from the busy city yet is only moments from Kings Cross and St Pancras stations and its excellent local, national and international transport links (the Eurostar terminal is located at St Pancras station, an easy 10 minute walk away).
The restaurants and theatres of the West End are within easy reach of this well located home, however a few notable local eateries include Grangers, Caravan and Dishoom. There are, of course, numerous bars and pubs in the area ranging from traditional to trendy.
