Here at UnderTheDoormat we work with an exclusive combination of more than 40 platforms that drive a unique combination of short and mid lets for our homeowners. Our team of experts are constantly on hand to make sure all our homes are gaining as much coverage as possible, to drive bookings! When it was clear the short term tourist bookings we impacted by Covid, we launched our properties on other platforms to enhance and change the mix to more mid let bookings (3-6 months), which helped improve occupancy and income for owners.

By providing a 5* service, as you would expect in a luxury hotel, we make sure our central London homes are of a high quality we even include a welcome pack full of goodies. Before any guests arrive we make sure we have all the information we can, so that we can make their stay as relaxed as possible. From the moment they make their booking, they can be sure the home will be as described and professionally cleaned. They also receive hotel-quality linens and towels for their stay as well as luxury toiletries. We have recently introduced our 10 Point Hygiene Promise to give guests and homeowners confidence in homestays in the post-Covid world. On top of that, we also were awarded the Good to Go accreditation from Visit England.
During the COVID crisis, we initiated and set up NHSHomes.co.uk (now TrustedStays) generating nationwide coverage and collaboration from 30 partners across our industry. We offered our empty homes to NHS workers for free. In total more than £20m of accommodation was donated. We had wonderful and moving feedback from so many of our NHS guests and it made us enormously proud to help where we could to make the situation easier for our NHS heroes!
