It has a strong community feel yet is less than 30 minutes from the centre of London via the District underground line which can be reached by foot in a few minutes. The District line has direct stops at Sloane Square, Victoria and Westminster and the fashionable area of Richmond is one stop away. Heathrow airport can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. Kew is renowned throughout the world for its Botanical Gardens which houses the world’s most diverse collection of living plants. It is London’s largest UNESCO World Heritage Site and a world-leading scientific research centre. Throughout the year there are special events alongside its themed gardens, treetop walkway and the glasshouses.

When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
Our standard check in time is 16:00 - 20:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.

Our standard check-in time is 16:00 – 20:00. We will arrange for someone to meet you in the home to welcome you, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance.
If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
Our standard check-out time is 09:00-11:00 with an early or late check-out available on request.
