Walk into the spacious living room from the entryway and be struck immediately by the amount of sunlight streaming through the big full-height window at the end of the room. An array of stunning modern furniture is illuminated by its rays, including an alluring L-shaped sofa, a set of amorphous matching coffee tables and a luxuriously large TV atop a chic entertainment unit. And if you need to do a bit of remote work, the desk nook in the entryway is the perfect spot for productivity.

KITCHEN
Forming the second half of this home’s semi-open living space, the kitchen is as well-lit as its counterpart and boasts plenty of room for budding chefs to work with. Adorned with white tiles, countertops and cabinetry, it’s positively luminous when the sun is shining.

BEDROOM
The interplay of grey, black and white in this space is a shining example of subtle minimalism; but combined with the warmth of the original wood floor and the vivid art in the room, its character shines through too. Anchored by a plush king-sized bed in the centre and brightly lit thanks to the full-height window, this bedroom is both visually stunning and relaxing.

BATHROOM
The tiling in the bathroom is simply exquisite: the white tiles adorning the walls are striking by themselves, but the real standout is the black, mosaic-style tiling covering the shower floor: irregular and aesthetically stunning, it contrasts the white superbly. Besides the walk-in shower, in here you’ll find a toilet, wash basin and washing machine.

No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by a lift. The kitchen is equipped with most key amenities, however it does not have a microwave. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. 

When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Check in/out Times

All of our check-ins are done in-person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property to show you around, answer any questions you may have, and provide keys. Our standard check-in times are 15:00 to 21:00; check-ins outside of these hours are subject to availability and additional fees.

Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in. Olympic games:

22nd July 2024 to 15th August 2024: 50% refund if cancelling at least 90 days before check-in, no refund if cancelling less than 90 days before check-in. Please read our Cancellation Policy for full details.
