The history of Netherby Hall dates back to Roman times, and parts of the grand house may even have been built using stones from a Roman fort. Despite the historic setting, the beautifully-decorated Engineer is thoroughly modern apartment with plenty of touches of 21st century luxury.

Situated in the Grade II*-listed Netherby Hall, the charming apartment looks across the Estate parklands to the Solway picturesque Scottish Hills. The first floor apartment sits in 36 acres of parkland, where you can stroll across manicured lawns, enjoy a Victorian pleasure garden and explore the Walled Garden which stretches for over an acre. The estate is located in north Cumbria, with spectacular views over the undulating landscape to the Scottish hills beyond. Glorious walks abound, including a path that follows the clear waters of the River Esk.
