No smoking or parties! To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. The host is open to discussing bookings with pets by request. Please note the terrace which is seen in photos in the kitchen is not accessible but the window opens and a gate is in place for security. The living room includes a sofa bed, sleeping an extra 2 guests.
When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Our standard check-in time is 15:00 – 20:00. All of our check-ins are done in person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance. Check-in instructions and details will be provided 2 days before your arrival.
If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
