A bright and welcoming home with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open living space with wooden floors and separate kitchen. Close to the River Thames as well as Putney and Wandsworth towns, with shopping centres with restaurants, cinemas and shops and within easy reach of East Putney underground and Putney and Wandsworth over-ground stations.
Richard’s spacious 2-bedroom apartment is set on the third floor of a purpose-built residence in Wandsworth, with free visitor parking for one car (please contact us in advance to arrange).
The open-plan living room has a cosy vibe with sofa and a wide smart TV, with Amazon Fire stick enabling you to log in to Netflix and other streaming channels. The marble dining table comfortably seats four adults and the large leather sofa has room for the whole family.
The two well sized bedrooms each come with a double bed and good storage for guests. The newly furbished bathroom has a bathtub with modern design and rainfall shower. The kitchen holds all amenities needed for a stay in London, including a washing machine and tumble dryer in a utility cupboard.
The home is located near East Putney and Putney which can be reached by a short bus ride or walk. From East Putney tube station, the district line runs to central London and from Putney station the trains take you to London Waterloo in 10 Minutes. There are countless shops, cafes and restaurants in Putney, with Putney Pies and Queen Adelaide, a gastro pub with a secret garden, especially recommended by the homeowner. The home is also just a 10-minute walk away from Southside Shopping Centre, with shops, restaurants, a big Waitrose supermarket and cinemas.

When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Our standard check-in time is 16:00 – 20:00. We will arrange for someone to meet you in the home to welcome you, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance.
If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
Our standard check-out time is 09:00-11:00 with an early or late check-out available on request.
