No smoking, pets or parties. Please note, the bedroom's window is partly obstructed by a wood beam due to consolidation works on the upper balcony, the window can still be opened and the view enjoyed. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a lift.

Check in/out Times
All of our check-ins are done in-person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property to show you around, answer any questions you may have, and provide keys. Our standard check-in times are 15:00 to 21:00; check-ins outside of these hours are subject to availability and additional fees.
Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in. Olympic games:
22nd July 2024 to 15th August 2024: 50% refund if cancelling at least 90 days before check-in, no refund if cancelling less than 90 days before check-in. Please read our Cancellation Policy for full details.
