Located in the much-loved De Beauvoir Town, this stylish two-bedroom home offers a tranquil retreat in one of Hackney’s most desirable neighbourhoods. With the canal, Hoxton, and Shoreditch just moments away, you’ll also find some of London’s best wine bars, pubs, and cafés nearby. We recommend Goodbye Horses for excellent food and gelato, Albers London for delicious small plates, and The Scolt Head for a standout Sunday roast.

The heart of the home is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, featuring marble work surfaces and a large dining table with cosy corner seating overlooking the garden. This bright and airy space is perfect for both casual breakfasts and lively dinners.

LIVING ROOM
Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen, the sitting room exudes charm, with a large shuttered window allowing natural light to pour in. A comfortable sofa, coffee table, and TV make it an inviting space to unwind.

BEDROOMS
•Master Bedroom: Decorated in tasteful green tones, the serene master bedroom features a king-sized bed, wall-mounted lamps, and ample wardrobe space. It enjoys peaceful views over the large terrace garden.
•Second Bedroom: A stylish and cosy retreat, this double bedroom includes reading lamps, an armchair, and generous storage.

The beautifully designed bathroom boasts a sleek walk-in shower, heated towel rail, WC, and sink. A washer and tumble dryer are discreetly tucked away under the stairs for added convenience.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The home benefits from a spacious private terrace at the rear, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Niggles of personality

No smoking, pets or parties. Please note whilst the property has been recently renovated, the garden is yet to be done. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.

Location

Check in/out Times

Our standard check-in time is 15:00 – 20:00. All of our check-ins are done in person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance. Check-in instructions and details will be provided 2 days before your arrival.

If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.

Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
