The Location

Pimlico is a charming area of Central London in the City of Westminster, within a short walk of Belgravia and Chelsea’s finest cafes and restaurants and five minutes walk from Victoria Station. Notable residents have included former Prime Minister Winston Churchill and actor Laurence Olivier. Many of the streets in the heart of Pimlico were laid down by master builder Thomas Cubitt, beginning in 1825 and now protected as the Pimlico Conservation Area. Close by you can find more than 350 Grade II listed buildings and several listed churches. With its brilliant transport links and friendly atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot for explorers.

A refundable security deposit will also be required; the deposit amount you will be required to pay is dependent on your length of stay.

Our standard check-in time is 16:00 – 20:00. We will arrange for someone to meet you in the home to welcome you, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance.

If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.

Our standard check-out time is 09:00-11:00 with an early or late check-out available on request.
