This charming one bedroom detached house is conveniently located in a small quiet development in the heart of West London with the added benefit of free parking.
The interior combines a colourful, modern feel with the character and charm of a country cottage.
On the ground floor, you will find the dining room and a small but well-appointed kitchen with all mod cons. (Please note there is no dishwasher). There is a separate, inviting and comfortable lounge ideal for relaxing and watching Television. The room is flooded with natural light and double French doors open onto a delightful patio garden with outdoor table and chairs perfect for evening drinks and al fresco dining.
The sofa in this room can be converted into a bed suitable for one person. If you would like the sofabed made up, please request this when booking, additional fees will apply.
Stairs will take you to the double bedroom with plenty of storage space and a spacious shower room.
There is a free parking bay adjacent to the property. The property is well served by many bus routes and just 5 minutes away is Acton Central Station with excellent links to Central London and 25 minutes to the heart of the City.
Close by is the busy area of Ealing and its wide range of shops and restaurants.
***The homeowner may require access to the shed and to the garden from time to time to collect personal items and ensure the later is well maintained. This would not impact your stay and they will not access the home. Advance notice, at least 24-48 hours notice would be given prior to accessing the shed or garden.***

Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Our standard check-in time is 16:00 – 20:00. We will arrange for someone to meet you in the home to welcome you, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance.
If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
Our standard check-out time is 09:00-11:00 with an early or late check-out available on request.
