It comprises an open-plan living space with table for dining or working from home, a large sofa for relaxing in front of the TV and a kitchen area with plenty of storage in the white units and a mirrored splashback making for a light and airy feel.

It contains all the equipment needed for self-catering such as gas hob, microwave and dishwasher.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and two wardrobes and one bedroom with single bed and shelving. (The sofa in the living area can be converted into a single sofa bed and made up on request. Please advise at the time of booking)

The bathroom features a walk-in shower unit with overhead and hand-held shower attachment. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in this room.

This accommodation is above a retail space, currently a wonderful organic coffee shop perfect for relaxing in.

Please note it is at the top of the building with stairs and no lift.

King’s Cross overland and underground railway stations are located a short distance away for services all over London and overland to the North East of the country and Scotland. It’s also the home of platform 9 3/4 for Harry Potter’s Hogwarts! At King’s Cross underground you can pick up the Victoria, Northern, Hammersmith and City, Circle, District and Metropolitan lines. King’s Cross Thames Link provides services to London Airport Parkway and Gatwick Airport. St Pancras International is located nearby with Eurostar services to destinations including Paris and Brussels. Coal Drops Yard in King's Cross is a boutique shopping and foodie hotspot, where Victorian heritage and architecture combine in this lovely canal side setting.
