Four Bedroom House with Garden and Parking in West Midlands
Situated four miles south-west of Birmingham city centre in the residential district of Weoley Castle, this four bedroom house can accommodate up to seven guests.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a desk and chair for home working and a Smart TV. Guests in this room have use of their own kitchenette and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms also have double beds and Smart TVs while the fourth bedroom has a single bed and Smart TV. All guests can enjoy Netflix free of charge as well as super-fast WiFi.
There is excellent storage space in the bedrooms and there is also a second family bathroom.
Please note there isn’t a living room. The well-equipped kitchen, with wooden floor and tall chrome fridge freezer, forms the central hub of the home, an ideal place for sharers or work colleagues to gather.
The large garden has a paved area with a step leading up to the grass lawn and there is also off-street parking.

Guests can also enjoy the restaurants, bars, cafes and shops of Birmingham city centre which is four miles away with a frequent bus service taking just over 20 minutes. Two large supermarkets ideal for everyday needs are also within easy reach of the house.

Check in/out times
Our standard check-in time is 16:00 – 20:00. We will arrange for someone to meet you in the home to welcome you, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance.
If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
Our standard check-out time is 09:00-11:00 with an early or late check-out available on request.
