No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is located on 2nd floor, no elevator. The sofabed in the living room is for one guest. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.

Check in/out Times
All of our check-ins are done in-person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property to show you around, answer any questions you may have, and provide keys. Our standard check-in times are 15:00 to 21:00; check-ins outside of these hours are subject to availability and additional fees.
Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in. Olympic games:
22nd July 2024 to 15th August 2024: 50% refund if cancelling at least 90 days before check-in, no refund if cancelling less than 90 days before check-in. Please read our Cancellation Policy for full details.
