No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. The third bedroom has a single trundle bed that pulls out to sleep two guests (not pictured). We think this home is best suited to four adults and two children — although not for under six year olds. A railway line runs behind this home, so you can hear the occasional hum of trains but it's not noisy. There's one off-road parking spot on request and the street itself is gated, making your stay feel extra quiet and secure. If using the parking space, please make sure to park inside the lines. The spaces are not generous so if you have a large vehicle and it doesn't fit in the space, please park on Marlborough Road or elsewhere. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.

We will personally welcome you on arrival, help you settle in, and share local recommendations. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens and towels, and we provide complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays.
For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival.
Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!

Check in/out Times
Our standard check-in time is 15:00 – 20:00. All of our check-ins are done in person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance. Check-in instructions and details will be provided 2 days before your arrival.
If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
