No smoking and no parties. Well behaved dogs are welcome on request. Two additional guests can be sleep on a double sofa bed in the playroom on request. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Our standard check-in time is 15:00 – 20:00. All of our check-ins are done in person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance. Check-in instructions and details will be provided 2 days before your arrival.
If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.
Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
