The adjacent kitchen—open to the living space or easily divided with sliding doors—is fully equipped with generous worktops, making it a joy for cooking family meals.

BEDROOMS
•Master Bedroom: Spacious and serene, the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, wardrobe, TV, and chest of drawers. It also includes a private en-suite bathroom with green-tiled shower and WC.
•Second Bedroom: A delightful room in soft pink and blue tones, featuring a small double bed (4ft), a desk, and wardrobe—perfect for a child, teen, or solo adult.
•Top-Floor Twin Room: A versatile twin bedroom with additional seating and doors opening onto a large private roof terrace with sweeping views over the rooftops of Primrose Hill.

BATHROOMS
In addition to the en-suite in the master bedroom, the family bathroom on the second floor features elegant deep blue tones, a shower over the bath, a sink, and a WC.

Hosting by Veeve

We will personally welcome you on arrival, help you settle in, and share local recommendations. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens and towels, and we provide complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays.

For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!

Check in/out Times

Our standard check-in time is 15:00 – 20:00. All of our check-ins are done in person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance. Check-in instructions and details will be provided 2 days before your arrival.

If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.

Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
