You enter into a welcoming hallway where the first bedroom sits to the right - a comfortable small double with its own en-suite shower and loo, ideal for guests who value privacy. Next door, a generous sitting room unfolds, filled with natural light and furnished with large sofas, bookshelves, and a TV. It’s a space designed for unwinding, reading, and spending time together after a day exploring the city.

Continue through to the kitchen which is housed within a bright conservatory, creating a cheerful hub for everyday living. Fully equipped and warmed by underfloor heating, this space includes a breakfast table and opens directly onto a sunny patio garden via French doors. Whether enjoying a slow morning coffee or an evening meal outdoors, the garden provides a peaceful extension of the home.

Upstairs, two further bedrooms complete the accommodation. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and is decorated in soft pink tones that give the room a gentle, calming feel. The third bedroom is a double at the back of the house, offering a quiet retreat. A family bathroom on this floor makes a bold statement in hot pink, with a shower over bath, sink, and loo. A study on this level will remain locked for guest use.

No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. An additional guest can be accommodated on request. The host has a dog who won’t be present but please note for those with allergies. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. We will personally welcome you on arrival, help you settle in, and share local recommendations. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens and towels, and we provide complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays.

For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!

Check in/out Times

Our standard check-in time is 15:00 – 20:00. All of our check-ins are done in person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance. Check-in instructions and details will be provided 2 days before your arrival.

If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.

Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
