No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a lift. A friendly dog is one of the family members who usually lives here. Though the dog will not be present during your stay, and the home is cleaned to a high standard, note that the property may not be suitable for those with allergies. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Check in/out Times
All of our check-ins are done in-person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property to show you around, answer any questions you may have, and provide keys. Our standard check-in times are 15:00 to 21:00; check-ins outside of these hours are subject to availability and additional fees.
Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in. Olympic games:
22nd July 2024 to 15th August 2024: 50% refund if cancelling at least 90 days before check-in, no refund if cancelling less than 90 days before check-in. Please read our Cancellation Policy for full details.
