This luxury villa on the island of Paros is nestled in its own private garden and just a two-minute walk away from Mikri Santa Maria Beach.

In 2022 this traditional all-white villa with four bedrooms and four bathrooms was renovated to a high standard yet retains an air of Greek charm and authenticity. Called Aurora, it is one of the first villas ever built in the area, so has a place in the history of this beautiful and versatile part of Paros in the Cyclades Islands.

From the balconies there are breathtaking views across the sea to surrounding islands and hills. It is an easy walk to the small - Mikri means little - sheltered sandy beach with its crystal clear blue water.

It is a perfect setting for guests to relax on one of the shaded terraces with built-in sunbeds and cushioned seating in the well-curated, tree-lined gardens.

The front door opens onto a spacious living area with large entrance hall, a fully equipped open-plan bespoke kitchen and a dining area. French-windows lead onto the terrace and patios. With its white walls and tiled flooring the villa is stylish and airy. The wooden grey shutters on the windows add to its sophistication and keep the villa cool on the warmest of days.

There is a stylish lounge area on the second floor where guests can enjoy the sunset and the beauty of the surrounding area.

Aurora offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends. There are three double bedrooms with modern en-suite bathrooms inside the villa and the added benefit of a private detached guest house within the garden featuring a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom and views of the lush gardens.

One double bedroom on the lower floor has a private terrace. Another on the first floor has a private balcony and partial sea views and the master bedroom on the second floor has a private balcony also with partial sea views.

The villa benefits from once-weekly cleaning and changing of linens and towels. Aurora viu stands out for its classic and stylish design, decorated with unique pieces of furniture and art from the personal collection of its owner.

The Location

The island of Paros is situated in the middle of the Cyclades island group, between the islands of Naxos and Antiparos. It is among the major islands of the Aegean Sea with a wonderful coastline of sandy beaches. Paros is consistently among the top three Greek island destinations offering everything a traveller needs: sun and sea, beautiful beaches, leisure and summer sports, restaurants and traditional Greek tavernas, shops and cafes, markets and nightclubs.

The capital of Paros is Parikia village which lies to the west of the island and is the main port where ferries arrive from Athens. The second largest village is Naoussa which is located in the northern part of the island. Naoussa is also a small port and is considered one of the most beautiful villages of the Cyclades. This pretty village has all the traditional attributes of Greece: small white cubic houses, dazzling white churches, narrow streets adorned with bougainvillea and jasmine, and a lively cafe culture where you can eat fish or octopus drizzled with ouzo.
