No smoking, pets or parties! A sofa bed can be made available on request (suitable for one child). Underfloor heating is available in the bathrooms. Please note, the fireplaces in this property are purely decorative. One bedroom will be locked during your stay. While several stations are located in the vicinity, Highbury & Islington offers the best connections for Underground and National Rail services. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Check in/out Times
Our standard check-in time is 15:00 – 20:00. All of our check-ins are done in person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance. Check-in instructions and details will be provided 2 days before your arrival.
If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
