Tucked away in the charming neighbourhood of Brook Green—one of London’s best-kept secrets—this elegant one-bedroom raised ground-floor flat offers a stylish and serene base for exploring the city. With its village-like atmosphere, family-friendly vibes, and a wealth of boutiques, cafés, and bistros, this location is truly special. Holland Park and the vibrant streets of Notting Hill are all within walking distance. Additionally, the central line at Shepherd’s Bush and the world-class shopping and dining at Westfield are just a short stroll away. Nearby Olympia hosts renowned fashion, home, garden, and luxury lifestyle events and fairs. It is also undergoing one of London’s most ambitious transformations, set to become a premier cultural, entertainment, and exhibition hub.

LIVING & DINING AREA
With soaring high ceilings and large windows flooding the space with natural light, the sitting room is both spacious and inviting. Two plush sofas, soft carpets, and an ornamental fireplace create a warm and relaxing ambiance, while the dining area by the window is perfect for enjoying a meal. A TV adds to the entertainment options.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes a double oven, microwave, and a Nespresso machine—ideal for brewing the perfect morning coffee before heading out to explore the city.

BEDROOM & ENSUITE
The serene master bedroom, located at the rear of the property, boasts a sumptuous Super King-sized bed, ample wardrobe space, a vanity table, and a TV. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a freestanding bathtub, a heated towel rail, WC, and sink—creating a spa-like retreat within the home.

Niggles of personality

No smoking, pets or parties. Please note that there is an overground train line running at the back of the property which makes the occasional soft rumble. It’s not visible in summer months. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.

When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Location

Check in/out Times

Our standard check-in time is 15:00 – 20:00. All of our check-ins are done in person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property, so we ask that you let us know your planned arrival time in advance. Check-in instructions and details will be provided 2 days before your arrival.

If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.

Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
