LIVING & DINING AREA
Prepare to feel immersed in colour upon entering the living room: attention is immediately directed towards the bunting emerging from each corner of the room to converge at the central light fitting. The surrounding furnishings only add to the vibrant cosiness of the room – a velvet sofa and two armchairs provide sumptuous comfort, while an intimate square dining table provides a meeting space for dining and entertainment.

KITCHEN
Enter through a farmhouse-style sliding door and find yourself in the enchanting kitchen, where light spills in from the window to fall on the warm timber countertops. It’s also well-appointed with all the amenities you’d need, including a coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.

BEDROOMS
The two bedrooms are almost mirror images of one another: each incorporating a plush double bed next to a desk, with mirrored wardrobes and beautiful dark wood floors adding depths of character to both. Sink into one of the beds after a long day of sightseeing and dream of another day in Paris.

BATHROOM
Tiled all in white and awash in natural light, the bathroom follows the lead of the living room in its intimate quaintness. In here you’ll find a bath, toilet, wash basin and washing machine.

WE LOVE
You can’t go past that living room – beautifully laid out, swimming in natural light and replete with colour at every turn.

NO ELEVATOR

No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift access. Please note, refurbishment work is currently taking place at the building next door, so be aware of potential noise intrusion. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. 

When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

Check in/out Times

All of our check-ins are done in-person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property to show you around, answer any questions you may have, and provide keys. Our standard check-in times are 15:00 to 21:00; check-ins outside of these hours are subject to availability and additional fees.

Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in.
