When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. All of our check-ins are done in-person with one of our friendly greeters who will meet you at the property to show you around, answer any questions you may have, and provide keys. Our standard check-in times are 15:00 to 21:00; check-ins outside of these hours are subject to availability and additional fees.
Our standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 14 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 14 days before check-in. Cancellations due to serious illness, bereavement or government restrictions (COVID-19 or otherwise), will receive a full refund (less 5% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before check-in. Olympic games:
22nd July 2024 to 15th August 2024: 50% refund if cancelling at least 90 days before check-in, no refund if cancelling less than 90 days before check-in. Please read our Cancellation Policy for full details.
