This stunning five bedroom, three bathroom family home offers superb and versatile accommodation over three floors.
With a fantastic open-plan living space leading onto a vast garden, it is the perfect accommodation for families or groups of friends wishing to stay in this green and quiet area known as Strawberry Hill with its village feel.
The house, which is suitable for up to 8 guests, is located on a tree-lined road of large Edwardian homes. Strawberry Hill train station is a short walk away with its direct link to London Waterloo in just over half an hour. Trains also go directly to Richmond, three stops or just a couple of miles away by car, Twickenham (one stop), Clapham Junction and Vauxhall for the Victoria underground line.
In the popular, affluent area of nearby Richmond, right on the river Thames, you can find a vast selection of boutiques, restaurants and of course Richmond Park, the largest of London’s Royal Parks, great for spring and summer walks and deer-watching in the winter.
The home has been meticulously refurbished to a high standard with contemporary interior decor which includes plantation shutters, designer wallpapers and a neutral colour palette.
All the furnishings and fixtures, including the kitchen and bathrooms, are top quality.
The master bedroom has a super-king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and hand-held and overhead shower attachments. There is a TV and plenty of storage for guest use.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and Bedroom 3 a double bed. The two further bedrooms have single beds which can be pulled out to form double/twin beds most suitable for children or young adults. Please inform us at time of booking so these beds can be made up. Extra costs may apply.
These bedrooms share the use of two family bathrooms. One has a bathtub and walk-in shower unit; the other has a bathtub with overhead and hand-held shower attachment. Additionally there is a downstairs cloakroom.
There is a front reception room with large comfy sofa and TV. The main open-plan living area at the back of the house has a bespoke modern kitchen, large dining space for up to 8 overlooking the huge garden and chill-out sofa zone. Huge floor to ceiling glass doors give direct access to the garden which includes a paved patio leading to a lawn perfect for children and adults in warmer weather.
The Location
The house is in a quiet family-friendly location just a few hundred yards from Strawberry Hill village with Teddington and Twickenham High Streets, full of independent and artisan stores, close by. Twickenham Stadium, the Home of England Rugby can be reached by bus or cab and Kingston with its large shopping area is nearby.
Richmond Park, a top UK site for ancient trees and rare species of wildlife and wild flowers is a must-see for visitors. Here you can also see the Isabella Plantation woodland gardens or enjoy distant views of St Paul’s Cathedral from King Henry’s Mound. A visit to all the attractions of central London is easy via train to Waterloo where you can pick up the Northern underground line into Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road. Alternatively the Jubilee line goes to Westminster, Green Park and Bond Street.

If you would like a check-in after 20:00 please let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee.
