Fulham rental for a tennis star: Kazakhstan’s Yulia Putintseva's short-let home is perfect for relaxing after Wimbledon

Kazakhstan’s rising tennis star Yulia Putintseva, may have made an early Wimbledon exit but at least she has an ace Fulham retreat to recoup in for the rest of the summer.

Putintseva, 22, found the four-bedroom home for £290 per night on UnderTheDoormat, a short-letting service that operates in Zones 1 and 2.

She loves the beaches and lifestyle of Florida, where she is based, but says: “It’s easy to fall in love with London. Everything is so green. There are so many things to enjoy about Fulham, too, including the coffee shops and Italian and sushi restaurants.”

The house has a huge kitchen and a garden and Putintseva plans to entertain pals there during her stay.
