Great to get a chance to chat with you Ayat. Can you give us a brief description of your role at UnderTheDoormat?

I am the property account manager here at UnderTheDoormat. My role is to manage all our existing new and potential homeowners accounts. That means overseeing the daily routine tasks involved with addressing the homeowner\'s needs and concerns and maintaining their account activities. I also support the booking and operations team when they need my help.

What is a typical day like for you?

A typical day for me as an account manager begins with checking the emails from our homeowners in the morning, supporting the booking team with any inquiries or requests that involve the homeowners' permission. I always make sure all our properties' calendars are up to date and check what\'s the booking schedule looks like. Some days will also involve having conversations with potential homeowners to grow our business.

What do you like the most about London?

I like how diverse and accepting this city is, the fact that you can be truly yourself without anyone judging you. The open spaces and parks are one of the main reasons I love this city as well because I can always go for a walk to unwind and recharge my batteries.

What's your favourite thing about your role so far?

My favourite thing about my position is definitely getting to know many amazing homeowners and getting to visit their stunning homes. I also enjoy working with many creative and passionate people and learning new things almost everyday.
